Crystal and Sound Healing: Reviving the Ancient Art of Incubation.
I am a sound and energy practitioner who holds trauma-informed, ceremonial space for deep rest and healing through planetary gongs, Shipibo energy clearing, and immersive soundscapes rooted in years of study with indigenous communities and the crystal healing lineage I received from my mother—a lifelong mystic and healer.
What is it?
Crystal Healing is a ancient practice, drawing from the wisdom of ancient civilisations such as Egypt and Greece, where crystals and gemstones were revered for their therapeutic and spiritual properties. This type of healing is echoed in the Greek tradition of the “incubation chambers” —sacred spaces where seekers would retreat into darkness, entering deep states of rest, dreaming, and inner revelation.
In my practice, I carry forward the tradition of intentional retreat and sanctuary of altered states.
Sessions take place in a calm, curated environment. Here, I combine crystal healing with the resonance of sound, using instruments like singing bowls and gongs to amplify the subtle energies of the crystals. I discovered that this union of modalities generates a powerful synergy: the vibrations of sound amplify the benefits of the crystal grids and guide clients into profound states of rest, release, and renewal.
